Tahmini Ghat with TWS...

It was saturday, official trip to Tahmini Ghat was already decided on the next day. I was upset cause many time visited Tahmini Ghat & on sunday...? need to do many personal things. Got up at 6am on sunday morning don't know when i woked up so early last time. Had bath, breakfast & leaved home. Around 7:30 our journey started. I was totally upset with the tour that's why didn't take any extra cloths. Around 10:30 we reached at one of the popular waterfall in Tahmini Ghat. Guys were enjoying in water. I don't want to get wet so i removed my shoes & seated while keeping my feets in water. Someone asked me to take some snaps & i went near water at that time i decided to enter in water without getting wet. But Vaibhav drenced me in water. I removed my shirt & enjoyed like a child.

We had Idlies which Shantanu brought from his home. This waterfall is good & safe but many people slipped, me too. After few hours of travelling stopped at another waterfall. This time i decided to not enter in water, me n few friends walked to see the valley. This place was great, mostly authorities doesn't allow to stop here, we were lucky cause that time no one was there. picked some pics & back towards the waterfall place where other guys were enjoying. This waterfall was more tricky & some guys were at the top. Arjun sir called me many time but i didn't. When i decide to join, he replied don't come we are getting off. Thank god i saved. Around 2pm had lunch at dhaba. It was raining heavily.

After having lunch we thought that now trip is finished & going back to Pune. We were wrong actually fun was started from here. Near a plane ground we stopped to play the games. We played Pulling Rope, enjoyed a lot. That debate with opposite team mates & game plan was unforgettable. Later played one more game don't know name but it was great fun at the same time played football. To play football in rain is great experience always. My lips hurt from KK while playing football. We were completely wet, had a cup of coffee & Kandabhiji's. While travelling played Antakashri. Later whole team dedicated songs on individuals. Guys were dedicated songs on me like a i'm drunken cause i am working on wine based site. In short lived like a child in professional life for a single day. १५ ऑगस्ट.. एक अविस्मरणीय क्षण

१५ ऑगस्ट म्हटल कि एक extra सुट्टी.. आता एवढेच विधान. बाकी त्या स्वतंत्र दिनाचे काही विशेष नाही. पण लहान पणीच्या काळात डोकावून पहिले तर १५ ऑगस्टचे खरे महत्व तेव्हाच कळते आणि जसे जसे मोठे होऊ तसे तसे त्याचे महत्व कमी होत जाते. मी जेव्हा शाळेत होतो तेव्हा मी तर या दिवसाची आतुरतेने वाट पाहायचो. माझी तर तैयारी १५ दिवस अगोदर पासूनच सुरु व्हायची. भाषण करण्यात मी पटाईत होतो आणि मला फार आवडायचे. मला अजून ही ते चित्र माझ्या डोळ्यासमोर दिसते. ४थी पासून १०वी पर्यंत ची इतिहासाची पुस्तके चाळायचो. काही निवडक गोष्टी एका पानावर लिहून काढायचो. आणि मग सुरवात करायचो रट्टा मारायला.. आवडीचा विषय असल्याने ते लगेच लक्षात राहायचे. पाठ झाल्यानंतर आईच्या हातात तो कागद देऊन मी तिला चेक करायला सांगायचो. आई आपली काम करत करत बघायची.

कोणताही कार्यक्रम असला कि ४-५ दिवस अगोदर सूचना देण्यात यायची आणि जे कोणी भाषण करण्यास इच्छुक असतील त्यांनी आपली नावे वर्ग शिक्षकांकडे द्यावी. माझे वर्ग शिक्षक मला न विचारताच माझे नाव त्या लिस्ट मध्ये add करायचे. हे १ विधानच झाले होते कारण मी जिल्हास्थरीय स्पर्धेतसुद्धा भाग घेतलेला होता त्यामुळे भाषण करणे म्हणजे माझ्यासाठी फार मोठी गोष्ट नव्हती. माझ्या १५ ऑगस्ट च्या भाषणात छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज, झाशी'ची राणी, लोकमान्य टिळक(माझे आवडते), महात्मा गांधी, बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर, सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल, भगतसिंग- राजगुरू- सुखदेव, बाल शिरीष, वी. दा. सावरकर. अश्या वीरांनी आपल्या देशासाठी दिलेले योगदान याबद्दल आणि तिरंगा झेंड्याबद्दल सांगायचो. खूप मजा यायची खरा देश प्रेम जागायचा. हे झाले भाषणाचे. कपडे, गांधी टोपी belt आणि shoes तर १५ ऑगस्ट ला नवीन असायचे. नवीन कपडे अगोदरच press केलेले असले तरी मी घरी अजून press करायचो. कपड्यावर perfume मारायचो.

शाळेला जाताना नानीमा दर्गाह जवळच्या फुलांच्या दुकानातून एक मोठा गुलाब घेऊन शर्टला लावायचो. ७- ७:३० ला शाळेत झेंडावंदन पार पडायचा. त्यानंतर गावातून प्रभात फेरी निघायची ती किल्ल्यातला झेंडा फडकविण्यासाठी. किल्ल्यात गावातल्या सगळ्या शाळा यायच्या पोलीस परेड करायचे. पारले चे चार बिस्कीट मिळायचे ते चार बिस्कीट खाण्याची मजा घरात आणलेल्या बिस्किटापेक्षा काही औरच असायची. त्यानंतर फेरी शाळेत संपायची. नंतर भाषणे व्हायची कोणाचे कसे झाले यावर मित्रात चर्चा व्हायची. काही मुले तर स्टेज वर गेल्यावर रडायची आणि आम्ही हसायचो मग खाऊ वाटप व्हायचा. MCC ला असताना तर मजाच होती. मजा करत घरी जायचे. तेव्हा फक्त दूरदर्शन होता दुपारी देशावर आधारित सिनेमा असायचा आताही असतोच.
आताही १५ ऑगस्ट आठवले कि माझ्या आणि आईच्या डोळ्यासमोर हे चित्र दिसते, पप्पानाही आठवत असेल सर्व पण मी कधी त्यांना विचारले नाही. तो किल्ल्यातला मोठा फडकणारा झेंडा... ते भाषण.. ते बिस्कीट.. ते नवीन कपडे.. ते गुलाब.. कधीही न विसरणारे आहे. आज असे वाटते कि, का मोठा झालो..?

First call with client..

Last week had a call with client of one of the site. It was my first call with client. I used to chat via MSN with client at Diligent Technologies. But this was great experience. The call was not planned just i had chat with my Team Leader regarding issues but we didn't figure out exactly what client requirement is, so we told our PM. He also wanted to clear that thing from client. He just pinged client & our chat started. PM was talking with him, me & my TL just discussed a little bit. He asked who's there, then PM told Guru(my TL) & Amol. Then he said Amol how are you..? I just replied 'I am fine how about you'. Later we discussed about the project. He abused to his US government cause it doesn't allow him to sell wines, but that just two lines of chat made me happy. One think i learned from him is POLITENESS. I know at Tekdi i ll get such chances many time in future, but i won't forget this little chat.
